Questions buyers ask before starting an OEM project
What is your minimum order quantity for cat furniture?
There is no minimum order quantity per item. You can mix models in an order of 200 pieces or more. Send your selection and quantities for a quotation. Contact us to discuss requirements for custom development.
Can you produce cat furniture under our own brand and packaging?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM work: colour, fabric, size, board shape, logo, retail packaging, and barcodes. You can send a reference product or a drawing, and we will come back with feasibility, cost, and timing.
How do I know how much weight a cat wall or perch can hold?
Every load-bearing JOYCAT product publishes a rated load capacity in the 2026 catalog, from 15 kg on the small beds to 40 kg on the observation decks and cat wall panels. Rated load is not the same as net weight: the figure is how much the installed product carries, and the product itself usually weighs a fraction of that.
Do the suction-mounted cat walls damage glass or windows?
The cat wall system uses pet-rated suction cups on smooth glass, and it is installed without drilling. The system is also removable and repeatable, so it comes down cleanly at the end of a rental period. For plastered walls, the sisal climbing wall can be fixed with expansion screws instead.
What are the carton sizes and how do they affect shipping cost?
Every product lists its carton size. Most of the cat furniture range is flat-packed between 7 cm and 17 cm deep, so it ships by sea at a low cube factor. Send us your container plan and we will confirm how many units fit.
Do you ship to Europe, North America, and the Middle East?
Yes. JOYCAT works with importers, distributors, retailers, and pet brands worldwide. Tell us your destination country and we will confirm the trade terms, lead time, and documentation for your shipment.
Are there products for senior or short-legged cats?
Yes. The range includes a folding booster ladder that doubles as a stool, a cheese-shaped sifting ramp, a staircase observation deck with intermediate platforms, and optional guardrails on the 120 cm decks. These are aimed at cats that can no longer jump to a high perch.
How do I get a quotation and samples?
