What this site is
A B2B product and capability showcase. It is a way to start a sourcing conversation: it is not an online shop, a price list, or an automatic order system. Nothing published here is a binding offer; offers are made in a written quotation.
Product information
Descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, materials and packaging figures come from our current production tooling and the 2026 catalogue, and are given to help you judge feasibility. They can change between runs — colours shift with dye lots and screen settings, plush pile and board thickness vary within normal manufacturing tolerance, and we revise models as materials or fittings improve. Before an order, the confirmed specification is the one in the signed proforma invoice and approved sample, not the one on this page.
Prices are not displayed because quotation depends on quantity, packing, incoterm, destination and customization level. Minimum order quantities for stocked items are small but real; send your target quantity for a figure.
Your use of the site
- Send accurate information about yourself, your company and your intended quantity. We use it to route your inquiry to the right person.
- Do not use the forms to transmit unlawful, infringing or automated bulk content. Inquiries are checked for spam.
- Do not scrape product images or text in bulk, and do not republish our photographs or copy on your own catalogue, website, marketplace listing or social account without written permission. Requests go to kevin@joypet.cn and we answer buyer and distributor requests quickly.
Intellectual property
The JOYCAT name and logo, our original designs, tooling drawings and the photography on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Other parties’ marks shown on reference samples belong to their owners and are used only to describe a compatibility or manufacturing requirement.
Your own compliance duties
As importer or distributor you are responsible for the rules of the market where the goods land: product safety and certification, chemical and toy standards, labelling, customs classification, duties, and any electrical, battery or wireless approvals for powered models. We support you with the documentation we hold (materials, packing lists, test reports where available, product dimensions and weights), and we will tell you honestly which certificates we have and which we do not.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error free, or that a described model will suit your market. JOYCAT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited, for any claim connected with an order, to the amount actually paid to us for that order.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published at the address above is the one in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Hangzhou have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, with English used for correspondence.
