Bento Pet Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) deeply understands the importance of users’ personal information and pet location data, and always prioritizes privacy protection and data security. This Privacy Policy aims to clearly inform you about how we collect, use, store and protect relevant information when you use the “PetLocator” App (hereinafter referred to as “this App”) and its supporting pet location devices, as well as the rights you enjoy in accordance with the law.

This Policy applies to all users of this App, including those in China’s Hong Kong, Taiwan regions, Singapore, Malaysia and other target markets. We will strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the corresponding regions, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, etc., to effectively protect your legitimate rights and interests.

一、核心權限使用場景與目的（Core Permission Usage Scenarios and Purposes）

我們僅在你主動授權並使用對應功能時呼叫相關權限，絕不後台靜默呼叫，也不會超出功能必要範圍收集任何數據。

We will only call relevant permissions when you actively authorize and use the corresponding functions, and will never call them silently in the background or collect any data beyond the necessary scope of the functions.

1. 相機權限（android.permission.CAMERA）

僅限兩類場景使用：（1）掃碼綁定寵物定位器：擷取設備上的二維碼以完成定位器與 App 帳號的綁定，過程中僅識別二維碼圖像，不拍攝、不儲存任何無關影像；（2）寵物頭像設定：供你拍攝寵物照片，用於 App 帳號內寵物資料展示或定位器設備頭像配置，照片是否上傳完全由你自主決定。

It is only used in two scenarios: (1) QR code scanning to bind pet locator: Capture the QR code on the device to complete the binding of the locator and the App account. During the process, only the QR code image is identified, and no irrelevant images are taken or stored; (2) Pet avatar setting: Allow you to take photos of pets for displaying pet information in the App account or configuring the avatar of the locator device. Whether to upload the photos is entirely at your own discretion.

2. 定位權限（精 / 粗定位）（Location Permission (Precise/Approximate)）

僅限三類場景使用：（1）寵物即時位置追蹤：透過定位器上傳的位置數據，在 App 內即時展示寵物位置，方便你即時掌握寵物動態；（2）電子圍欄警示：當寵物超出你預設的安全範圍時，立即觸發位置警示通知；（3）軌跡記錄：留存寵物移動軌跡，供你回溯查看。定位數據僅在你開啟定位功能、App 前台運行或定位器正常工作時收集。

It is only used in three scenarios: (1) Real-time pet location tracking: Display the real-time location of the pet in the App through the location data uploaded by the locator, so that you can timely grasp the pet’s dynamics; (2) Geofence alert: Immediately trigger a location alert notification when the pet exceeds the safe range you preset; (3) Track recording: Retain the pet’s movement track for your review. Location data is only collected when you enable the location function, the App is running in the foreground, or the locator is working normally.

3. 儲存權限（如須）（Storage Permission (If Applicable)）

僅用於快取寵物頭像照片、定位軌跡離線數據，以便你在無網路環境下正常查看。快取數據可由你手動清除，我們不會長期留存任何無關資訊。

It is only used to cache pet avatar photos and offline location track data, so that you can view them normally in a network-free environment. Cached data can be manually cleared by you, and we will not retain any irrelevant information for a long time.

4. 藍牙權限（Bluetooth Permission）

僅限兩類場景使用：（1）近距離搜尋定位器：透過藍牙信號探測周邊的寵物定位器，實現近距離精準定位，輔助確定寵物實際位置；（2）控制定位器亮燈：透過藍牙信號發送指令，控制寵物定位器開啟燈光功能，便於你在複雜環境中快速找到定位器及寵物。藍牙權限僅在你主動開啟「近距離搜尋」或「設備亮燈」功能時喚醒，僅探測綁定的專屬定位器藍牙信號，不會掃描或收集其他藍牙設備資訊。

It is only used in two scenarios: (1) Short-distance locator search: Detect the surrounding pet locator through Bluetooth signal to achieve short-distance precise positioning and assist in determining the actual location of the pet; (2) Control locator light: Send instructions through Bluetooth signal to control the pet locator to turn on the light function, making it easier for you to quickly find the locator and the pet in complex environments. The Bluetooth permission is only activated when you actively turn on the “Short-distance Search” or “Device Light” function, and only detects the Bluetooth signal of the bound exclusive locator, without scanning or collecting information of other Bluetooth devices.

二、資訊收集與儲存（Information Collection and Storage）

1. 收集範圍（Collection Scope）

我們嚴格遵循「最小必要」原則收集資訊，具體範圍如下：（1）相機相關：僅收集二維碼識別所需圖像（即時處理後立即刪除）、你主動上傳的寵物頭像照片；（2）定位相關：寵物定位器上傳的經緯度數據、定位時間、移動軌跡；（3）設備資訊：僅收集定位器設備編號、型號及你的手機設備型號，用於功能適配與設備故障排查；（4）帳號資訊：你註冊時填寫的手機號 / 信箱（用於登入驗證、密碼找回），以及你自願填寫的寵物名稱、品種等資料；（5）藍牙相關：僅收集綁定的寵物定位器藍牙設備唯一識別碼，用於信號匹配與設備連接，不會收集其他藍牙設備的信號、名稱、位置等任何相關資訊。

We strictly follow the “minimum necessary” principle to collect information, with the specific scope as follows: (1) Camera-related: Only collect images required for QR code recognition (deleted immediately after real-time processing) and pet avatar photos actively uploaded by you; (2) Location-related: Latitude and longitude data, location time, and movement track uploaded by the pet locator; (3) Device information: Only collect the locator’s device number, model and your mobile phone model for function adaptation and device troubleshooting; (4) Account information: Mobile phone number/email filled in during registration (for login verification and password retrieval), as well as pet name, breed and other information voluntarily filled in by you; (5) Bluetooth-related: Only collect the unique identification code of the bound pet locator’s Bluetooth device for signal matching and device connection, and will not collect any relevant information such as signals, names, and locations of other Bluetooth devices.

2. 儲存方式與期限（Storage Method and Duration）

（1）臨時數據：二維碼識別過程中的快取圖像、藍牙信號匹配的臨時數據，在功能完成後立即從本機設備及伺服器中刪除，無任何留存；（2）上傳數據：寵物頭像照片、定位軌跡、帳號資訊、綁定的定位器藍牙設備唯一識別碼，均儲存於我們部署在新加坡 / 中國香港的合規伺服器，儲存期限與你的帳號存續期間一致。你可隨時在 App 內刪除頭像、清空軌跡數據，解除設備綁定後將同步刪除對應的藍牙設備識別碼，刪除後所有數據將永久清除、無法復原；（3）離線快取：僅儲存於你的本機設備，可透過 App 設定或設備系統設定手動清除。

(1) Temporary data: Cached images during QR code recognition and temporary data for Bluetooth signal matching are deleted immediately from the local device and server after the function is completed, with no retention; (2) Uploaded data: Pet avatar photos, location tracks, account information, and the unique identification code of the bound locator’s Bluetooth device are all stored on our compliant servers deployed in Singapore/Hong Kong, China, with a storage period consistent with the duration of your account. You can delete avatars and clear track data in the App at any time, and the corresponding Bluetooth device identification code will be deleted synchronously after unbinding the device. All data will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable after deletion; (3) Offline cache: Only stored on your local device, which can be manually cleared through App settings or device system settings.

3. 儲存安全（Storage Security）

我們採用業界高標準安全措施保護數據安全：數據傳輸全程採用 HTTPS 加密協議，伺服器部署防火牆、入侵檢測系統，儲存數據採用 AES-256 加密技術。同時嚴格限制數據存取權限，僅授權必要工作人員為實現功能、排查故障而接觸數據，並定期開展安全漏洞掃描與風險評估，全方位防範數據外洩、竄改風險。

We adopt industry-high standard security measures to protect data security: data transmission adopts HTTPS encryption protocol throughout, servers are equipped with firewalls and intrusion detection systems, and stored data adopts AES-256 encryption technology. At the same time, we strictly restrict data access permissions, only authorize necessary staff to access data for function implementation and troubleshooting, and regularly conduct security vulnerability scans and risk assessments to fully prevent data leakage and tampering risks.

三、資訊使用與共享（Information Use and Sharing）

1. 資訊使用限制（Information Use Restrictions）

收集的所有資訊，僅用於實現本政策第一條明確的功能目的，絕不用於廣告推送、使用者畫像分析、商業推廣等其他用途。定位數據、藍牙設備識別碼僅服務於寵物追蹤與設備控制，不會關聯你的個人身份資訊進行額外分析。

All collected information is only used to achieve the functional purposes specified in Article 1 of this Policy, and will never be used for other purposes such as advertising, user profiling, or commercial promotion. Location data and Bluetooth device identification codes are only used for pet tracking and device control, and will not be linked to your personal identity information for additional analysis.

2. 資訊共享規則（Information Sharing Rules）

我們絕不會將你的任何資訊出售、出租給第三方主體。僅在以下有限場景可能共享數據：（1）獲得你的明確授權（如授權第三方地圖 SDK 展示位置）；（2）遵守適用法律法規、法律程序或政府強制要求；（3）為保護你、其他使用者、我們的員工、財產或服務安全，防範詐欺、濫用等違法行為；（4）第三方 SDK 服務：地圖 SDK（如高德海外版、Google Maps）僅用於位置及軌跡展示，不會獲取你的帳號資訊及定位之外的其他數據，我們會嚴格要求 SDK 服務商遵守本政策及相關法規，保障數據安全。

We will never sell or rent any of your information to third parties. Data sharing may only occur in the following limited scenarios: (1) Obtain your explicit authorization (such as authorizing a third-party map SDK to display location); (2) Comply with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or government mandatory requirements; (3) Protect the safety of you, other users, our employees, property or services, and prevent illegal activities such as fraud and abuse; (4) Third-party SDK services: Map SDKs (such as Amap Overseas Edition, Google Maps) are only used for location and track display, and will not obtain your account information or other data except location. We will strictly require SDK service providers to comply with this Policy and relevant regulations to ensure data security.

四、權限授權與管理（Permission Authorization and Management）

授權方式：相機、定位、藍牙等權限均為可選權限，首次使用對應功能時，本 App 會彈窗請求授權，你可自主選擇「允許」或「拒絕」。拒絕授權僅影響該功能的正常使用，不會干擾其他功能運行。

Authorization method: Permissions such as camera, location and Bluetooth are optional. When using the corresponding function for the first time, this App will pop up a request for authorization, and you can independently choose “Allow” or “Deny”. Denying authorization only affects the normal use of this function and will not interfere with the operation of other functions.

權限管理：你可隨時透過設備系統設定調整授權狀態（路徑：設定→應用程式→PetLocator→權限），撤回授權後，我們將立即停止收集對應資訊，已收集的歷史數據（如頭像、軌跡、綁定的藍牙設備識別碼）仍可由你自主刪除或解除綁定。

Permission management: You can adjust the authorization status through the device system settings at any time (path: Settings → Apps → PetLocator → Permissions). After revoking authorization, we will immediately stop collecting corresponding information, and you can still independently delete or unbind the collected historical data (such as avatars, tracks, and bound Bluetooth device identification codes).

五、使用者權利（User Rights）

根據相關法律法規，你對個人資訊及寵物相關數據享有以下權利，可透過本政策第七條列明的聯絡方式行使：

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you enjoy the following rights to your personal information and pet-related data, which can be exercised through the contact information listed in Article 7 of this Policy:

查詢權：在 App「個人中心 – 我的數據」中，查詢已上傳的寵物頭像、定位軌跡、帳號資訊及綁定的設備信息；

Right of access: Query the uploaded pet avatars, location tracks, account information and bound device information in “Personal Center – My Data” of the App;

刪除權：隨時刪除寵物頭像、清空定位軌跡，或註銷帳號（帳號註銷後，所有關聯數據包括綁定的藍牙設備識別碼將永久刪除）；

Right of deletion: Delete pet avatars, clear location tracks at any time, or cancel your account (after account cancellation, all associated data including the bound Bluetooth device identification code will be permanently deleted);

更正權：修改寵物資料、帳號綁定資訊，重新上傳寵物頭像替換原有內容；

Right of correction: Modify pet information, account binding information, and re-upload pet avatars to replace the original content;

撤回同意權：透過系統設定撤回權限授權，或聯絡我們協助處理數據相關需求。

Right to withdraw consent: Revoke permission authorization through system settings, or contact us for assistance with data-related needs.

我們將在收到你的請求後 15 個工作日內完成核實並回覆，確保你順利行使各項權利。

We will complete verification and reply within 15 working days after receiving your request to ensure you can exercise all rights smoothly.

六、隱私政策更新（Privacy Policy Updates）

我們可能根據法律法規更新、App 功能迭代、定位設備升級，不定期修訂本隱私政策。更新後將透過本 App 彈窗提示、推播通知告知你，同時在官網文章中标註更新日期。請你定期查閱，繼續使用本 App 即視為認可更新後的政策內容。

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with legal and regulatory updates, App function iterations, and locator device upgrades. This App is only used for pet location tracking and supporting device control, and does not collect or store users’ sensitive personal information such as facial information and ID card information, nor will it scan or collect Bluetooth-related information of unbound devices. 1. 資訊使用限制（Information Use Restrictions）收集的所有資訊，僅用於實現本政策第一條明確的功能目的，絕不用於廣告推送、使用者畫像分析、商業推廣等其他用途。定位數據、藍牙設備識別碼僅服務於寵物追蹤與設備控制，不會關聯你的個人身份資訊進行額外分析。

All collected information is only used to achieve the functional purposes specified in Article 1 of this Policy, and will never be used for other purposes such as advertising, user profiling, or commercial promotion. Location data and Bluetooth device identification codes are only used for pet tracking and device control, and will not be linked to your personal identity information for additional analysis.

2. 資訊共享規則（Information Sharing Rules）我們絕不會將你的任何資訊出售、出租給第三方主體。僅在以下有限場景可能共享數據：（1）獲得你的明確授權（如授權第三方地圖 SDK 展示位置）；（2）遵守適用法律法規、法律程序或政府強制要求；（3）為保護你、其他使用者、我們的員工、財產或服務安全，防範詐欺、濫用等違法行為；（4）第三方 SDK 服務：地圖 SDK（如高德海外版、Google Maps）僅用於位置及軌跡展示，不會獲取你的帳號資訊及定位之外的其他數據，我們會嚴格要求 SDK 服務商遵守本政策及相關法規，保障數據安全。

We will never sell or rent any of your information to third parties. Data sharing may only occur in the following limited scenarios: (1) Obtain your explicit authorization (such as authorizing a third-party map SDK to display location); (2) Comply with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or government mandatory requirements; (3) Protect the safety of you, other users, our employees, property or services, and prevent illegal activities such as fraud and abuse; (4) Third-party SDK services: Map SDKs (such as Amap Overseas Edition, Google Maps) are only used for location and track display, and will not obtain your account information or other data except location. We will strictly require SDK service providers to comply with this Policy and relevant regulations to ensure data security.

四、權限授權與管理（Permission Authorization and Management）

授權方式：相機、定位、藍牙等權限均為可選權限，首次使用對應功能時，本 App 會彈窗請求授權，你可自主選擇「允許」或「拒絕」。拒絕授權僅影響該功能的正常使用，不會干擾其他功能運行。

Authorization method: Permissions such as camera, location and Bluetooth are optional. When using the corresponding function for the first time, this App will pop up a request for authorization, and you can independently choose “Allow” or “Deny”. Denying authorization only affects the normal use of this function and will not interfere with the operation of other functions.

權限管理：你可隨時透過設備系統設定調整授權狀態（路徑：設定→應用程式→PetLocator→權限），撤回授權後，我們將立即停止收集對應資訊，已收集的歷史數據（如頭像、軌跡、綁定的藍牙設備識別碼）仍可由你自主刪除或解除綁定。

Permission management: You can adjust the authorization status through the device system settings at any time (path: Settings → Apps → PetLocator → Permissions). After revoking authorization, we will immediately stop collecting corresponding information, and you can still independently delete or unbind the collected historical data (such as avatars, tracks, and bound Bluetooth device identification codes).

五、使用者權利（User Rights）

根據相關法律法規，你對個人資訊及寵物相關數據享有以下權利，可透過本政策第七條列明的聯絡方式行使：

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you enjoy the following rights to your personal information and pet-related data, which can be exercised through the contact information listed in Article 7 of this Policy:

查詢權：在 App「個人中心 – 我的數據」中，查詢已上傳的寵物頭像、定位軌跡、帳號資訊及綁定的設備信息；

Right of access: Query the uploaded pet avatars, location tracks, account information and bound device information in “Personal Center – My Data” of the App;

刪除權：隨時刪除寵物頭像、清空定位軌跡，或註銷帳號（帳號註銷後，所有關聯數據包括綁定的藍牙設備識別碼將永久刪除）；

Right of deletion: Delete pet avatars, clear location tracks at any time, or cancel your account (after account cancellation, all associated data including the bound Bluetooth device identification code will be permanently deleted);

更正權：修改寵物資料、帳號綁定資訊，重新上傳寵物頭像替換原有內容；

Right of correction: Modify pet information, account binding information, and re-upload pet avatars to replace the original content;

撤回同意權：透過系統設定撤回權限授權，或聯絡我們協助處理數據相關需求。

Right to withdraw consent: Revoke permission authorization through system settings, or contact us for assistance with data-related needs.

我們將在收到你的請求後 15 個工作日內完成核實並回覆，確保你順利行使各項權利。

We will complete verification and reply within 15 working days after receiving your request to ensure you can exercise all rights smoothly.

六、隱私政策更新（Privacy Policy Updates）

我們可能根據法律法規更新、App 功能迭代、定位設備升級，不定期修訂本隱私政策。更新後將透過本 App 彈窗提示、推播通知告知你，同時在官網文章中标註更新日期。請你定期查閱，繼續使用本 App 即視為認可更新後的政策內容。

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with legal and regulatory updates, App function iterations, and locator device upgrades. 本 App 僅用於寵物定位追蹤與配套設備控制，不收集、儲存使用者面部資訊、身份證件資訊等敏感個人資訊，亦不會掃描、收集非綁定設備的藍牙相關資訊。請你妥善保管 App 帳號及定位設備，避免因帳號外洩導致寵物位置數據、設備信息被非法獲取。

This App is only used for pet location tracking and supporting device control, and does not collect or store users’ sensitive personal information such as facial information and ID card information, nor will it scan or collect Bluetooth-related information of unbound devices. Please properly keep your App account and locator device to avoid illegal access to pet location data and device information due to account leakage.
